We run a small animal boarding business ourselves. This started because nothing on the market fitted — everything was built for dog kennels and catteries, priced for them too, and none of it understood pens, hutches, species mixing or vaccination paperwork.

So we built what we wanted to use, and then opened it up to other boarders. Every part of it exists because it solved a real problem in a real boarding business first.

Questions ♥

Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in a web browser on any phone, tablet or computer. You sign in and it's there — nothing to download, nothing to update.
Can my customers book online themselves?
Yes. You get your own booking page to link from your website or social media. Customers choose their dates and accommodation, fill in their pet's details, and the booking arrives in your calendar. You stay in control of confirming it.
What's the difference between the two plans?
The software plan gives you the whole booking and management system, including your online booking page. The website plan adds a full website for your business on top — pages about you, your accommodation and your prices — for boarders who don't have a website already or want to replace one.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from inside your account. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've already paid for, so you're never cut off partway through.
Is my customers' information safe?
Your data is yours alone — every business's records are separated from every other's at the database level, not just hidden in the app. Card details never reach us at all: payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
What if I get stuck?
Email us and a real person who runs a boarding business answers. There's no call centre and no ticket number.
